Quick (but long overdue) Update

I know it’s been a ridiculous amount of time since we’ve last provided an update on A Tofu Tail. Much to our dismay, we don’t have the luxury of being able to develop as a full-time job (…yet). The past few months have been relatively slow going due to increased workloads at our other jobs, but that doesn’t we haven’t accomplished anything in the past few months!  I’m happy to report that all of the tile-set art is finished and we also met with Andy this past week to tie up some “loose-ends” regarding the story.  Additionally, Brolley has a build up and running on his Samsung Galaxy Tab complete with touch controls that he’ll have with him at PAX East in the spring.  Now that most of the visuals are complete (aside from a bit of polish and additional effects) we will be moving on to porting everything over to Unity.  The decision was made to move development to Unity in order to more easily deploy to several platforms and to assist in any post-release bug fixes.  At this point updates may continue to be sporadic, but I’ll do my best to drop a line from time to time if we have any major breakthroughs, but expect a flurry of activity once we near completion.
