Everything has calmed down and we are just about back up to speed after the Game Developer’s Conference. Let’s jump right in!
Coding / Design
Polish and code refactoring is going relatively well, barring a few hiccups with some old code that was a tad bit buggy. The hope is to have the core piece of this task finished up in the next few weeks.
Things are still a little open-ended on the exact time frame that we can fell right about the exact release A Tofu Tail. One announcement in particular from GDC, the official release of Unity 5, has had us investigating what would be required to transport our existing code and workflow into the newer, better version. But once we nail that down, we will be sure to let everyone know!
As the title of this posts states, we have our finished version of the official A Tofu Tail cover art – courtesy of the talented Sean Doss!
We are so overwhelmingly pleased with what Sean has pulled together for this, and he has a lot more planned for the in-game character portraits and cutscenes, in addition to some art for our marketing materials. We cannot wait to see what’s next!
